I paid in november for adobe export but it is not available on my account and i cant find any way of contacting adobe

Hi skipperbob ,

Would like to inform you to go to 'cloud.acrobat.com', sign in using Adobe ID then from Top menu select the option for 'Export PDF' . Then follow on screen instructions for exporting pdf files to word or excel .

You may also use Adobe Reader DC (Free Version) for converting the files , please refer to this Article :-  Convert or export PDFs to other file formats, Adobe Acrobat
