adobe fill & sign email sent but not received helppppp

hi im new to this and just downloaded adobe fill & sign on my ipad , great app but when i send the document email off it sends but does not get received any help please

Hi Evanc,

As per the issue description, the email sent to a user for Signature is not getting received using the Fill and Sign service, Is that correct?

Please make sure you are signed in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Sign, and have updated  your personal details i.e. Name and other info in My profile option.

If possible, try to send the email for signature to your own email i.e. use your other email address to test.
