adobe send and track not showing any views

I have a lot of Send and Track sent files but a number are showing 0 views even though we know they have been seen.

How you have been using the Adobe Send & Track? Is it through the browser or through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application?

If its online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/send  then you must try using a different web browser and see of that helps.
