After converting a file to word the cloud page will not load- it just spins and spins and spins. How do I get the option back to simply store on my computer? OR why will the page not load?
I just REALLY need to view my converted files and I can not- this is so frustrating!

If you were using from Adobe Reader to export your PDF file to Word please try to login our online service at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.
If you used our online service please clear the cache and history in the browser then try again to login.
