HI, I downloaded Export PDF. It does not convert all pages, some are blank. It happens in both word and excel. How do I get the entire document to convert?

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are getting a blank Word/Excel document when exporting a PDF, is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID, try exporting the scanned PDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

Are you getting any error message while exporting the PDF file? have you checked with another PDF file? Is it a scanned PDF or PDF with text?

If you have Adobe Reader or Acrobat, open the Preferences and select Show large images' option under Page Display and try again and see if this brings any difference.

Refer to the following Adobe article and try the suggestion File conversion error | Adobe Export PDF

If it is an issue with this particular file, can you share that file with us? To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, login to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send using your Adobe ID(email) and password, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message

I was told I would have an answer almost immediately. Can someone please tell me the fix for this?
