Can not download pdf documents?

¿Porque cuando quieroguardar un documento en pdf, solo me permite ver e imprimir pero no guardarlo, aún cuando este documento es mío?

Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, try clicking in the box next to the file name to select the file > click Download (in the right-hand corner of the screen) to download the files.
