can't log into PDF export feature via Adobe Reader

While in Reader, when I try to export to Excel, it asks for login info. It doesn't take my username and password via the Adobe reader app. Doesn't recognize it.  However, when I go to Adobe.com, I can log in with the same credentials with no issues and confirm that I have the annual PDF Convert subscription.

Please help.

Looking at your account information, we see that you have an active subscription for Adobe Export PDF.

Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application "Adobe

In your case I assume, that you are working on Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application which you should uninstall first using cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

For further troubleshooting you may refer- Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know if you still experience the same problem.
