Can't open Export PDF, help!

I have a subscription to Export PDF. I'm logged in. I click on Export PDF and nothing happens. What is wrong? I've looked at FAQ's and cannot find the answer.

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Export PDF services, Is that correct?

the record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF Using Adobe Export PDF  on your Adobe ID.

Please login into your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and use the services.

You may also use the free desktop version of Acrobat Reader to use the services of Export PDF, to download Acrobat Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
