Cannot Get Subscription Recognised After Re-Install

I had to reset my computer after a Windows 10 problem. I have had to reinstall every program I use. I could not find any download options on Adobe's website for my PDF Pack (including Pro DC). When I finally managed to find one it demanded a serial number. When I followed the "where to find your serial number" link it took me through a process, but when I looked at my account page that option wasn't available - there was no serial number listed anywhere.

I have paid for this product, but apparently my subscription cannot be used. What is going on?
