Thanks for the answer. However, I have had this subscription for two years at least, and as per my account It iwll expire next July 18. So, there is something wrong with the pending classification. I would be grateful if you could recheck this.

I have checked your account status, it is active and working fine.
You have Adobe Export PDF subscription that converts PDF to Word, Excel and Rich text format files.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing issue in exporting PDF.
If you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to export the PDF, try once to sign out from the application.
Reboot the machine and then launch the application.
Sign in with your Afobe ID and check if that works fine.
Also, make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch available.

In meantime, you can export the PDFs online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
