I purchased Acrobat Pro on 29.01.2024 and my bank account was charged. However I don't have any function on my computer, I can only use it online. By the way, when I check the invoice on Adobe system there is no invoice. But I received a thank you mail for the payment from Adobe. I am confused, please help.
