change portfolio folder look?

Help with changing PDF portfolio folders from old plan look like adding a picture to front cover of folder.

using a mac, i can change the folder look on desktop but when i add to portfolio it changes back to old plan look.

I am sorry as it is not possible now to change the Portfolio folder look.
