combine/converstion issues whats going on?

In the past couple days  when i try to combine files it says there is a problem and give me the caution sign

Hello Angiec,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to combine PDF file, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe Standard DC subscription with your current Adobe ID, you can try to combine the PDF files through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf  on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you are getting the error message with Acrobat Standard, please check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, restart the machine after installing the updates and then try converting the PDF file.

You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
