Combining PDF, why is the option still add and not open and my subscription is paid?
As per your account information, you have subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack.
Could you confirm how you have been using the or trying to combine the files? Is it through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC or online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
Hope you are working on the right application Adobe Reader DC not the Acrobat DC? Also, ensure that you are "signed In" using correct email address under which you have subscription registered.
