Conversion of PDF to Word incomplete.

The conversion has shown great lumps of text as a series of upper case letters and symbols.

Is there a solution to this problem?

The document I wish to convert is in Adobe Reader DC. I purchased the conversion product from the prompt in that prodct.

Further to my earlier reply. I notice that the ‘invoice’ refers to Adobe Export PDF and also refers to a mobile.app.

I am working off a laptop.

I mention this without knowing if it is relevant or not.

Is this issue occurs with this particular PDF? Try to replicate the issue with other PDF's.

Please share the screenshot of PDF and the word file you get after conversion.

Also share the exact steps you do convert PDF to word file.

I have tried the conversion with another PDF file and it worked OK.

I simply followed the steps after selecting Export PDF.

I do not know how to attach a screen shot to the email!

However when I try to copy/paste a sample from the PDF document I get,

at The University of Alabama. Dr. Worden received his A.B. in Mathematics

from Dartmouth College in 1985 and subsequently taught high school Spanish

Madrid, he received his M.A. in Spanish from Middlebury College in 1996.

The version in the converted document is,
