Convert PDF in MS WORD from Reader.

I usually convert PDF in MS WORD from Reader. Now a message said "an error occurred when connecting"!  (une erreur est survenue lors de la conexion). Thus I have to go to Adobe Document Cloud to get the MS File and this is not convenient !!!!

How to solve this ?

If I understand your query correctly, the you are receiving this this error while accessing the service through Adobe Reader DC but on Document Cloud web its working fine?

Would you please perform the troubleshooting steps suggested in the help article here: An error occurred while trying to access the service | unable to connect to PDF services
