Hello Sylviec,

So, if you are trying to convert a PDF file more than 100MB, you will get an error message that the file has exceeded the limit.

For detailed information, you can refer to Cannot upload file Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/cannot-upload-file-acrobat.html

File size limitations Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat-com/kb/file-size-limitations.html

I have checked the records and found that the Adobe PDFPack subscription on your current Adobe ID is inactive and canceled. So, if you want to access the services, you have to subscribe to Document Cloud services, to purchase, refer to Online PDF converter, convert from web or Acrobat Reader | Adobe PDF Pack

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
