Hi Debbieb,

As per the description above, you are getting a blank document when you try to convert/export a PDF into Excel, Is that correct?

You can refer to the following links which discuss the similar issue: Export PDF to Excel comes up empty

export to excel result unreadable

I have also checked the records and found that the Adobe ExportPDF services under your current Adobe ID is inactive and canceled, and this could be the main reason of getting a blank document.

You can check the Plan details

You can check the Plan details under your Adobe account, sign in at Adobe.com>Manage Account>Plans and Products and check the details of the plans.

You can also refer to Manage your Creative Cloud membership  and Adobe Document Cloud FAQ

If you have subscribed the Adobe ExportPDF services with another Adobe ID, then log in  at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password which has the active subscription.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
