Convert to Excel online doesn't resemble original document in format

I purchased the 1.99/mo. service to convert this one document into an excel spreadsheet, which seems straightforward enough; It is in columns and headers and whatnot.  When I view the converted document it's basically useless - nothing is in any kind of order.  It has thumbnails too which don't get included either, which is not the end of the world, but not ideal either.

Under any circumstances export of PDF page content can be a challenge.

For optimal export you'd want to be using a well-formed Tagged PDF (ISO 14289-1, PDF/UA compliant).

If the subscription service has user configuration options you could play with them to see what happens.

RE: thumbnails -- wouldn't expect them to be exported - typically it is the alphanumeric "textual" the is transferred.

If the row-column setup is id'd (under the PDF's hood) it can be transferred out.

If you can export to a csv from the subscription service give that a go. Open it with Excel after you capture the export to your computer.
