I just got my subscription today. I can successfully convert a document online through adobe but when I use reader it says "An error occurred while trying to access this service." I need to use the OCR technology and the online conversion doesn't give me the option to do so.

You all say I do not have this export in my account. But you have been

taking 24 dollars out since 12/17 I did buy it for 3 months for my niece. I

stopped it in Feb. 2018 in march 2018 my computer was down for 2 months.

Please stop taking money out of my account I can not stop something you say

I don't have I would like to be reimbursed for at least 4 months. How can

you say I don't have this item export and then charge me every month? I

checked both of my email att.net and Gmail stop taking money out of my

account NOW please. I can not stop something Adobe says I do not have.
