Converting to Word from PDF is a Mess

I just subscribed to the PDF conversion plan. When I convert, the resulting Word document (.docx) is a total mess. There are symbols all over the place and the spacing is all messed up.

What can I do to straighten this out?

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

the quality of converted document depends on the quality of the pdf file start with. Are you experiencing this problem with all the pdf files you are converting?

If you have tried the conversion online, then you may try it once with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC and see if that makes any difference.
