Nonostante la connessione ad internet sia buona e il file sia in formato convertibile (è già stato convertito altre volte), il tentativo di conversione non va a buon fine: "impossibile caricare il file"

Hello Fras,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to upload a PDF file, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID.

  • You have a bad or inactive Internet connection.
  • PDF files bigger than 100 MB were submitted to ExportPDF (100-MB limit is only for ExportPDF).
  • The file is in an unsupported file format.

Try exporting the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader, sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates. Reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF file.

Acrobat.com has a few file format limitations. You cannot upload and share the following file types:
