Document cloud access via FTP

Dears, does anyone know if there is an option to access the Adobe document cloud with an FTP client, like it is with dropbox, Google Drive etc. If possible, for this, the specific servername/URL, and Port number is neccessary - I could not found at least one hint. Thanks a lot!

Google Drive and Dropbox do not support FTP directly though there are indirect ways to do it. Document Cloud is the same way. You'd set up an FTP server that you have control over to sync a folder to Document Cloud and then you'd access the synced folder on that server rather than DC directly.

Thanking you! OK, I see... But still I need some specifics to access, to access the DC in order to sync before FTP?

For Dropbox, FTP nowadays its rather simple: The server name is www.dropbox.com, Port 443. The referring URL then is https://<username>@www.dropbox.com, Path is /
This allows FTP access (Not every FTPclient, but OK with Cyberduck, FileZilla Pro). Thanking you again!

Ok - I see now. It looks like that's available with Dropbox Business.

The specifics of what I recommended are actually pretty simple. You set up the FTP server to serve files from the same folder that you have synced to DC. Once you've setup the DC client, it syncs automatically. You're really FTPing to and from your own server but the server is automatically syncing with DC.

Now it seems I got it - run Adobe DC client on a PC, in my case then run the PC as a server, here  define the sync folder e.g., then access this folder via FTP. Works, but yes, a bit quirky, but works.
