Hello,

we are currently facing an issue with send&track.

Documents are not received by recipients and when we check the Sent File list, they appear with a FAILED Prefix in their subject.

we have tried with different document type and different recipient, and they all appear with the FAILED prefix in subject.

I did not found any log explaining why it failed, so if someone has an explanation it would be apprecaited.

Regards,

Hi All,

With the latest update to the Adobe Document Cloud, the Send & Track UI experience has been changed. This issue should have now been rectified with the latest changes.

You may try the new experience of sharing documents as suggested in help document here: Share files online with Adobe Acrobat

Also, read the article for what has changed- Adobe Send & Track FAQ

If you still experience the same problem, then you may share the screenshot of the error message that you receive at your end-

Hi DragoneCreation,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. This seems to be an intermittent issue with the website or server.

Would you please try the following to know what exactly causing problem-

1- Check with a different web browser for a while or switch the internet connection and change. Also, turn the internet security software off for a while and check.

[Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.]

2- If possible can you send a sample file to us so that we can test the same at our end?

"You can share the file with us via email. And you can send it to the email that is shared via private message. Please do mention your forum thread in the subject"

Regards,

Akanchha
