Buongiorno,
facendo riferimento all'allegato e precisamente all'addebito di Euro 14,99 del giorno 09/10/2020 ed all'addebito di Euro 14,99 del giorno 12/10/2020 che risulterebbe doppio,
Vi chiediamo di giustificarci l'operazione del 09/10/2020 perché, salvo errori, dalle nostre risultanze contabili risulta essere corretta SOLO quella del 12/10/2020.
Restiamo in attesa di Nota credito per l'accredito di quanto erroneamente addebitatoci in data 09/10/2020 per Euro 14,99.
Restando in attesa di cortese riscontro ea disposizione per eventuali chiarimenti porgiamo

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain... I've also removed the private contact information you posted. You should never do that on a public forum!

Did you buy directly from Adobe? Contact Adobe support: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
