I purchased a one year subscription to Adobe PDF Pack.

When I login to my AdobeID, I do not have that as a downloadable option.

Where do I get the installer, tied to my account?

Hi angelab89837319,

Adobe PDF Pack is an online service which you can access using a web browser like Google Chrome/ Safari or in Acrobat Reader application(under Tools>Export PDF) on your desktop/mobile device.

You can download Acrobat Reader application on your computer using following link:
