We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you want to cancel the Adobe ExportPDF service, Is that correct?

The record shows that your subscription is in an inactive state due to the pending payment of the service and this is the reason you are not getting the option to cancel the subscription on Manage page of Adobe.com.
