When I go to export out of fill and sign, im getting the error box that says, "Could not share file. Your device does not have enough storage space. Happening on iOS and Android. All the devices have several gigs of space available. What do I do?
Hi cloitch,
Could you please try with another file and see if this message still appears?
Please confirm the version of the Fill and Sign app installed on the device?
Launch the app>tap three vertical dots in the top-right corner>Settings>check the Version field.
What is the version of Android and iOS installed on the device?
For Android: from the device home screen, tap Settings>About Phone>Device Information
For iOS: from the device home screen, tap Settings > General > About.
Please keep us post

Hello,
I have this same problem.
The answer to this question here in the forum is: what's your version?
How can that answer be marked as the correct answer? It's not an answer at all, it's a question!
I have been using the app for a few months and am very happy with it. But suddenly today I get this same message when sharing a document.
Error: Could not share file. Your device does not have enough storage space.
I have tried removing all previous PDF's that where shown in the app. Restarted the app, restarted the device. I have 800GB storage space available on my device,
Version of the app is 1.5.0 Android v9
So if someone has ever found a resolution to this problem then I am interested hearing what the solution was.
Greetings,
Rob
