When I open my email from Adobe confirming my purchase of the package, I click on 'Get Started' and get sent the message attached above. I purchased the package several days ago and I am still unable to access the Adobe package which I paid for.... ??

We have checked your account and see an active subscription of Adobe PDF Pack.
As PDF Pack is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
You may try login in online with the help of the Url shared above and Sign In using your Adobe ID and password under which the subscription is registered.
