I have been trying to upload a very large file so it can be converted to PDF.  However, all I have gotten after several attempts is this:

"An error occurred while uploading. Please try again."

No specific information or reasons are ever provided.

Please try to tell me why that is and how this can be corrected.  I guess it's either the size of the file or the Internet connection I have been on.

Here is more information about what I have been trying to do:

The file is an InDesign file that is a 144-page "program" of a fictitious family reunion.  According to my Windows Explorer listing, the file is 55.2 megabytes.

As for the Internet connection, I attempted it with my home connection, which is "only" DSL broadband.  Since there was no way that could be done in a short amount of time, I used a high-speed connection in a hotel room in Denver, where I was last week.  That is where the error message was generated, and that happened several times.

Hi BWBarefoot,

Sorry for the late response.

There can be various reason for this error message. It might be possible that the connection was weak or may be there was some issue with the file.

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue.

If you are, can you share that file with us, so we can check it on our end?

Are you experiencing this issue with a particular file only?

Please also share the workflow you follow.

Regards,

Meenakshi
