I am and have been over the last few days, been trying to send documents for signature and Adobe Acrobat has started giving me the following error message

I now cannot send any documents for signature. Started on monday. I have sent this document previously. Is also happening with other smaller documents Have waited hours for online chat, am starting to become extremely annoyed as this is holding up my business.
