error occurs when I want to convert a file from PDS to Word

Whenever I try to convert a file  from PDF Word an error message comes up. I have tried over and over again to find an email address or phone number to conact Adobe for help and Cannot get one. can anyone help?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are receiving an error when trying to convert a pdf file to word, is that correct?

Could you let us know the complete error message you are getting when trying to export pdf?

Are you trying to export pdf in Acrobat Reader desktop application or in a web browser?

Which operating system is installed on the machine-Mac/Windows?

I also haven't been able to convert a pdf document to Word for a few months now.   Either fix it or give me my money back.

Hi Ronald,

Try troubleshooting steps given below:

1- If using Reader to use export pdf services, update to the latest version of Reader. Launch Reader>Help>Check for Updates.

2- Sign-out and sign back in and see if that works.

3- If using a web browser to access export pdf, try exporting pdf using a different web browser@ this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf 

Could you let us know the complete error message you are getting when trying to export pdf?

Which operating system you have on the machine- Mac/Windows?

If that doesn't work, please follow the steps given at step#4 and send us the browser traces.
