Hello 보강김92274715

As per the description above, you are not able to convert a Hangul file to PDF using Adobe Reader Pro version, Is that correct?

The Adobe Reader is a free desktop version and using Reader you can view, print, sign, and annotate PDF files, but you cannot convert a Word file into a PDF file using the Reader. For more info refer to Answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Note: There is no such Adobe product as Adobe Reader Pro DC.

I have checked the records and you are not subscribed to any Acrobat or Document Cloud subscription/license. If you wish to convert a Word file into PDF, you have to subscribe Acrobat Pro license/subscription or Document Cloud Subscription.

To know more about the subscription, For Acrobat you may refer Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC

For Document Cloud, you may refer to Adobe Document Cloud FAQ | Adobe Document Cloud https://acrobat.adobe.com/in/en/acrobat/pricing/compare-plans.html

Hope this helps and let us know if you need more assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
