Even with subscription I can't export .pdf to word

Hello everybody,

I have the following issue: when I try to export a .pdf document to word the app says I need to subscribe the service for 2 fr per month, even if I already have a yearly subscription that is automatically renovated every year.

If I try to subscribe again it says that I already have a subscription that will end in June 2017.

It used to work perfectly, even if last time I needed it was some months ago, so I'm not sure about when it started to have this problem.

I upgraded the iOS to 10.0.2 and tried to erase the app and reinstall again but nothing changed.

I'm having the same issue. i subscribed and PAID yet when I try to export to convert to word, it says I need to subscribe, vicious cycle. I needed to get this done now! If I can't get a solution this evening when I need it, how do I cancel the subscription. It's of no use to me if it doesn't function properly when purchased!

Hi Alistairm,

On checking the details for you account, it seems there is no subscription active for Adobe PDF Pack/ Adobe Export PDF.

Could you please share the email address under which you have subscription? You may share the email address using private message.

Also, let us know if there is any error message you are getting when trying to export pdf.

Sorry, no. I found a work around for what I needed to do, so I cancelled the subscription through iTunes. Good luck.
