Export PDF on Document Cloud doesn't convert pdf - instead just closes the window as soon as I try to upload files to be exported.

Your export PDF service is broken.

I click Export PDF, I add the appropriate files, or I drop them in (I've tried both). For half a second the window says "Loading files" and then closes. There's no sign of my files anywhere. I've tried this numerous times and I cannot export my PDFs.

Your help is appreciated.

EDIT:

When I run the Export PDF tool, it produces this error twice in the browser console.

TypeError: Object.entries is not a function(…) react-dom.production.min.js:188

Hi J.Poirier,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to export pdf using a web browser, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Acrobat Pro DC.

Try exporting pdf in another web browser and check if that works. Also, try exporting using Acrobat DC desktop application and check if that works.

For any troubleshooting, refer to: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
