I purchased an annual subscription for Export PDF to support my Acrobat Reader in Apr 2017.  It has worked fine until today when I attempted to use it.  When I go to Export PDF it just presents a blank page not the expected options.  Grateful for a fix to this problem

Hello brucew84613746

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF subscription, Is that correct?

The record shows that the Adobe ExportPDF subscription is canceled and inactive and you have subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC subscription.

You can use the Document Cloud services through Acrobat Pro DC. You can also access the services through http://cloud.acrobat.com/

Sign in with your current Adobe ID and password on http://cloud.acrobat.com/
