I assume you are experiencing this issue with a specific document? And how exactly you have tried to convert the document?
- You may try the conversion online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
- If yes, then the document that you are working on is it a scanned file? Or does this document contain real text in it?
- If you have Adobe Reader or Acrobat, open the Preferences and select Show large images option under Page Display and try again and see if this brings any difference.
Is it possible to share the file with us, as we would like to test the same at our end?
