ExportPDF fails with no internet error on Windows 10 desktop adobe acrobat Reader DC

Even if there is an access to Internet on my PC (windows 10), I get "no internet connected" error when I press "convert to Word" from Export PDF.  Please help!

As shared that this error message "No internet connection" comes up when using the service through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.So, have you also tried to access the service via web browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?

If not, then please check if it works online.

This error is related to Network and Firewall restrictions if possible please connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest network or a mobile hotspot for testing purpose. Y

If not, then please check if it works online.

This error is related to Network and Firewall restrictions if possible please connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest network or a mobile hotspot for testing purpose. You may also try to use the service on a different machine and see if you still get the error message.

If you have any internet security software, then please turn this off for a while and then reopen the application and check back.
