Even if there is an access to Internet on my PC (windows 10), I get "no internet connected" error when I press "convert to Word" from Export PDF.  Please help!

Hi Mayumim,

As shared that this error message "No internet connection" comes up when using the service through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.So, have you also tried to access the service via web browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?

If not, then please check if it works online.

This error is related to Network and Firewall restrictions if possible please connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest network or a mobile hotspot for testing purpose. You may also try to use the service on a different machine and see if you still get the error message.

If you have any internet security software, then please turn this off for a while and then reopen the application and check back.

[Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.]
