​Fill & Sign - When using the Sign feature, why did the ability to "Apply" a signature image suddenly stop working?  The screen freezes.  Neither the Cancel or Apply options function. 

We have fixed the issue, it should work as expected now.

Can you give us some more information - are you using Fill & Sign in Adobe Acrobat, Reader, a web browser, or a mobile app?  Are you using a desktop (if yes, Mac or Windows) or mobile device?

I would try the following one at a time until it is working:

1) Refresh browser page

2) Sign out and sign back into Adobe Document Cloud

3) Restart web browser

4) Try another browser

What web browser are you using?  Is the signature you are creating and applying a "typed", "scribbled/drawn", or "imported image" signature?

I’ve tried all those options repeatedly. Nothing works. I’m using IE 11, but I’ve tried using Chrome too, and neither work.

The problem is when I use an image. The “typed” signature works, but neither the “drawn” or “imported” image features work. Selecting either of those options, shows the image on the screen, but then the screen locks, and I cannot select Apply or Cancel. I must start over.

I see that we have an issue - we'll put out a fix shortly, in the meantime use the "Enter" key on the keyboard to apply the signature, that is working for me, but not clicking the button with the mouse.
