My organization is using adobe acrobat DC standard and professional as a primary pdf editing and markup tool. We want to find out remotely in user computer that the installed acrobat DC standard or professional is when specifically used for editing the PDF and when it was used for reading the PDF.

does it possible to have this kind of data? if then what will be an option any specific tool or some scripts will provide such data?

No, I don't think that kind of data is recorded. Acrobat doesn't provide any kind of usage reports so far as I know, still less a breakdown by tools used.

It's possible to save this kind of data in the file itself (in a hidden way) and then extract it when it is submitted back to you.

However, if the file is opened in an application that doesn't support scripting that won't work, of course...

Also, it relies on the user saving the file after each use. If they open the file, view it and then close it without saving the usage data will be lost.
