When I convert a word document to PDF using document cloud, the formatting is not preserved. Font sizes are changed as well as formatting between paragraphs. This is the whole reason I signed up for this service. The font I am using is Proxima.

Hi Donnad,

We are sorry for the delay in response to your query.

As you have mentioned about the formatting of the PDF which is incorrect after conversion. What type of document it is? Is it a scanned file or the original format of the document was different than the .pdf?

You may check with the different file and see if the result is same as this document.

Also, if you are working with the Acrobat Reader DC desktop application then you may check the application's update.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC>Help>Check for update.

The quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with. For more details you may refer to this help document- Text is garbled in converted file | ExportPDF

Regards,

Akanchha
