Garbled Text on converting PPT to PDF

Can you please help me troubleshoot.  I am converting a powerpoint to PDF but when it does it the text on some pages becomes a different font of symbols.  I am using the same font throughout the presentation.

Please confirm the exact steps you follow to convert your PPT to a PDF.

Also, this is happening possibly because the fonts are not embedded, so you can check for the same under Document Properties>Fonts.

Hi Minan93241022,

Please try the following steps for the conversion of the PPT to PDF:

  • Open the PPT you wish to convert
  • Under the Acrobat options in the toolbar, click on Create PDF
  • This will allow you to create Adobe PDF document from the current document
