accessed a document from a website while using Google Chrome. I clicked the download button to save onto Adobe Acrobat DC, and this is when I received the message. Using Mac Sierra OS

Hi NotaryKP,

Could you please try following steps and see if that resolves the issue:

1- Launch Google Chrome

2- Click on 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen.

3- Click on Settings>then click Show advanced settings

4- Scroll down to Downloads section

5- Click on Change to change the download location, and set it to some other location on your hard drive.

6- Close settings windows and then try to perform the same task and see if you are still getting that error.

Let me know if above given steps worked.

Thank You,

Shivam
