HELP!! Conversion Failure Error! I have tried every suggestion.

I've tried every suggestion regarding the

-Rebooting

-Clearing Cache'

-Uninstall/reinstall

-Reboot after installing new version

-Downloaded Cleaner app

- Rebooted after that and running cleaner app

-Reinstalled file from distribution

To no avail, I have to figure this out by Sunday!

Thanks, for your help, I hope you can help me.

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, try exporting the PDF file to Excel using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

Have you tried exporting another file? Is it specific to one PDF file? If it is specific to one file, Is it possible to share the file with us?

For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
