I've tried every suggestion regarding the

-Rebooting

-Clearing Cache'

-Uninstall/reinstall

-Reboot after installing new version

-Downloaded Cleaner app

- Rebooted after that and running cleaner app

-Reinstalled file from distribution

To no avail, I have to figure this out by Sunday!

Thanks, for your help, I hope you can help me.

Hello Stephanies,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting a conversion failure while exporting a PDF to Excel, is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, try exporting the PDF file to Excel using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

For conversion failure, please refer to File conversion error | ExportPDF

Have you tried exporting another file? Is it specific to one PDF file? If it is specific to one file, Is it possible to share the file with us?

To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message

For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
