Is the Adobe Cloud HIPPA compliant? i.e. safe for health information transfer and storage?

I'm wondering the same question does anyone have an answer? With COVID19 and working remotely I need to use this product but my company asked its its HIPA compliant

It's important to use the right terms... It's not HIPPA nor HIPA. It's HIPAA. And the answer is No.

This document is from 2013, but I haven't found a more updated source, so you need to assume that's still the case, unfortunately.
