Could you please confirm which application you are working on? We have checked your account but unfortunately that isn't giving any clue.

I assume you are referring to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC free application? Unfortunately, the functionality you are looking for isn't available in Reader. You should have Acrobat DC (subscription) for that.
