Every time I try to convert a Word file to PDF, it keeps asking me to pay for this feature, but my account says I already have it. How do I access it without having to pay for it again?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to create pdf, is that correct?
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Export PDF which allows you to convert pdf to other formats like word or powerpoint.
