How do I stop "files.acrobat.com"

【Current Adobe Version】:AdobeAcrobatReaderDC2015  Ver:15.006.30417

                          :AdobeAcrobatReaderDC-Japanese Ver:18.009.20044

【Enviroment】:Windows7

【Detail】:Once I use the Adobe, My computer automatically access the  "files.acrobat.com" at least 4 times.

                    So I'd like to stop it.Please tell me how to stop it.

Hi Takuya,

files.acrobat.com is a part of Document Cloud online services where you can store/view files in the Cloud. You may try disabling cloud services in Reader using the steps given below and see if that helps:

1- Close Acrobat Reader.

2- Press and hold Windows key and press R on your keyboard > type regedit.exe

3- Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown

4- Right-click Feature Lockdown > New > Key , type cServices

5- Right-clic

6- Right-click > Modify > and set its value to 1.
