Yes, this can be done if you are using "Document Cloud" service.

You can upload the files on the online storage of Document Cloud and can access it from any other computer or device.

In order to do that, you just need to "Sign In" online on Document Cloud storage using your Adobe ID and password.

Here is a link to access the "Document Cloud" storage from anywhere- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent

File List> Storage> Document Cloud
